摘 要:以中纤板和胶合板为板式家具背板,通过螺钉,以企口和平口的接合方式,固定面板和旁板。在面板和旁板受拉或受压状态下,测试与分析角部强度。结果表明:背板材料对角部接合强度影响不显著;在拉伸时,企口接合强度稍低于平口接合强度,而受压时,企口接合强度则明显大于平口接合强度;面板或旁板在受内向压力时,更容易发生角部破坏。To analyze the influence of corner strength of panel furniture, specimens were cut from fiber board and plywood and were used as backboards which were connected with panel and side plates by screws in rebated joint and flat joint. Corner strength was tested with panel and side plates in either tension or compression. The results showed that the corner strength was not closely related to backboard material. When the panel and side plates were in tension, the corner strength of the rebated joints was slightly lower than flat joints~ while in compression, the corner strength of the rebated joints was obviously higher than the flat joints. Corner damage occurred more likely when the panel and side plates were compressed inward rather than tensioned outwards.
