摘 要:以女子优秀排球运动中三号位扣快球、四号位扣拉开球的起跳阶段为研究内容,运用三维摄像和Foot-scan足底压力测试系统,从运动生物力学的角度对两种扣球起跳动作进行对比研究.结果表明:4号位扣球整个起跳时间长于3号位扣球,人体重心水平速度损失较大,左足最大压力显著性较小;3号位扣球前足是压力最大峰值主要出现区;4号位扣球动作中最大峰值压强左足主要出现在足后区和前足区外侧,右足为前足区内侧和足后区内侧.建议根据优秀排球运动员足底主要部位受力分布的特点,选择合适的方法有针对性的训练运动员足底关键区域周围肌肉群的力量以提高起跳能力,加强排球运动员下肢关节缓冲与蹬伸力量训练,预防与减少运动损伤.Taking quick Spiking at position 3 and open spike at position 4 in female volleyball as research object, some comparison to two spiking takeoff actions was conducted based on sports biomechanics by 3d photography and foot-scan foot pressure test system. Results show that: the time taking on position 4 spiking is longer than that of position 3, the drop of the horizontal speed of body gravity center shows evident; the maximum pressure of left foot is not distinct; To position 3 spiking, anterior foot is the main area of the appearance of greatest pressure; The largest peak pressure of position 4 spiking of left foot mainly appears in back of foot and offside fore foot, whereas the largest peak pressure mostly exists inside of fore and back of foot. According to stress distribution of foot of volleyball players, appropriate means should be chosen to purposely improve the strength of muscles around the key areas to enhance take-off ability, cushion of joints of lower extremity and training of speed force of volleyball players should be strengthened. Suggestions above can prevent and reduce sports injury effectively.
