县域生态环境功能区划与生态经济发展研究

摘　　要：结合中国环境功能区划框架体系与现代GIS技术,采用"自上而下"的区划方法,以武城县老城镇为例,将其分为四个生态环境功能区。研究表明,小城镇的生态建设分区管理与生态环境可持续发展的基础可依赖于生态环境功能区划的应用,也为县域经济又快又好地发展奠定了基础。同时阐明了生态环境功能区划在可持续发展指标体系中的重要作用。In this paper, we combine with Chinese ecological {unction regionalization system framework and the modern GIS technology, and employ the spatial-temporal diversification method, taking the old town in Wucheng country for example, it can be divided into four eco-environmental function areas. Research shows that the partition management of ecological construction and the basis of ecological environment sustainable development can depend on the application of eco-environmental function division, and it also lays a solid foundation for the rapid and good development of country economy. At the same time, it illumi- nates that eco-environmental {unction division plays an important role in the sustainable development index system.
