摘　　要：从目前信息类专业校企合作基本模式的发展、以共建实习基地的合作,到共建专业的合作、共建课程体系的合作,论述了校企合作的意义及存在的若干问题.同时从建立校企合作政策引导及保障机制,完善校企合作运行管理及内涵发展机制,探索校企合作评价及激励机制,促进信息类专业教育教学改革等方面,提出了校企合作可持续发展机制构建的内容和途径.School-enterprise cooperation of Information Specialty in local universities is a kind of cooperation manifested in resource , technology , teacher training , practice teaching , graduation guidance , and research activities . By cooperation , different educational resources and environment between universities and enterprises will be used to train applied talents to adapt to market economic development . In this paper , we discussed the significance of School -enterprise cooperation , the current basic pattern of School-enterprise cooperation and some problems . We point out to ensure the sound development of School—enterprise cooperation , the key is to form an effective operating mechanism .
