老人再社会化:文艺作品带来的启示——以《老人与海》中的“老人”形象为例

摘　　要：海明威是美国文坛上迄今为止最富影响力的现代作家之一,其作品一直备受读者与评论界青睐。海明威的众多作品,多有涉及到老年人物形象,其中《老人与海》是最为有名的篇目。通过对小说《老人与海》主人公桑提亚哥的精神进行分析,概况为不屈不挠、坚韧果敢和对自身修养无止境的追求,并希望启示当代社会老人的生活态度,关注老人再社会化问题,使得老人仍然可以通过自己的追求创造一个属于自己的诗意自由空间。Ernest Hemingway is one of the most important and influential modern American writers in American literary history and his works have been widely read and researched.In his works,the old characters are often depicted,like the hero of The Old Man and the Sea.This paper analyses the old man Santiago＇s spirit of courage,bravery and pursuit,discusses the re-socialization of the old,works to enlighten the modern old people＇s life attitude,and encourages the old people to seek for a free poetic realm.
