摘　　要：阐述了高等学校内涵式发展战略的基本内涵,分析了走高校内涵式发展战略之路的必要性,认为做好高校内涵式发展必须落实好内涵式发展战略的"三个环节"。在此基础上,从弘扬高校文化、培养科技创新人才意识、注重特色办学理念、完善教学质量,构筑国际文化交流合作平台等方面提出了高校内涵式发展战略的若干举措,以完善内涵式发展,确保高校发展质量。This article expounds the university connotative development strategy,analyses the necessity of the university connotative development strategy and points out the importance of the three links in the implementation of the strategy.Then some measures to realize the strategy and ensure university development are discussed,including the promotion of university culture,the training of innovative students,the implementation of innovative educational concepts,the improvement of teaching quality and the Sino-foreign cooperation.
