摘　　要：高校二级工会直接面对基层广大教职工,最能把握和了解教职工的切身利益、心声和愿望。因此,作为基层组织的高校二级工会应坚持以教职工为本,全心全意为教职工服务,努力做到群众利益和集体利益相一致,使工会真正成为教职工之家。The second level labor union in institutions of higher learning faces directly the grass -roots staff, so it can most grasp and understand the interest, aspirations and wishes of the staff. Therefore, as the grass - roots organization of institutions of higher learning, the second labor union should adhere to the faculty as the foremost, serve the faculty wholeheartedly, strive to keep consistence of the interests of the masses and the collective interests, and make the union become the home of the faculty.
