摘　　要：骨肉瘤的来源是成人及儿童骨组织中最常见的非血源性恶性肿瘤。目前治疗该病的化疗药物不良反应较大,故临床亟需安全有效的抗骨肉瘤药物。植物雌激素作为一种天然植物提取化合物,具有广泛的抗癌活性。研究发现,植物雌激素对骨肉瘤的增殖、凋亡、分化、转移及侵袭力均有影响。该文旨在总结近年来植物雌激素类药物治疗骨肉瘤的前沿报道,为治疗骨肉瘤提供新的思路及研究方向。Osteosarcoma is the most common nonhematologic malignant tumor of bone in adults and children.Because of the major side-effects of chemotherapy medicine,safe and effective anti-osteosarcoma drugs are in urgent need in clinical.Phytoestrogens,a kind of natural plant extracted compounds,have a broad of antitumor activity.Current studies have confirmed that phytoestrogens can affect proliferation,apoptosis,differentiation,metastasis and invasiveness of osteosarcoma.In order to provide new ideas and research directions for the treatment of osteosarcoma,here is to summarize the frontier reports of phytoestrogens in treating osteosarcoma in recent years.
