摘  要:随着眼科的发展,眼轴在眼病的诊断和治疗中越来越重要,尤其在白内障人工晶体度数计算、角膜屈光手术等方面。精确的测量直接影响到对疾病风险及预后评估。目前用来测量眼轴的仪器主要分为两种类型:一种是传统的超声测量,另一种则是基于光学相干测量法,包括IOL-Master、Lenstar等。各种检查方法有不同的适应证,因此合理利用各自的优点及适当的联合应用可使眼轴的测量尽可能精确,为疾病的诊断和治疗提供更可靠的依据。Ocular biometry is affected by many factors,and axial length becomes more and more important for the development of ophthalmology,especially in intraocular lenses power computation,corneal refractive surgery etc.Accurate measurement is necessary to evaluate the risk of the operation and postoperative refraction error.At present,the instruments can be divided into two types,one is traditional ultrasound biometry,the other is based on the partial coherence interferometry method,including IOL-Master,Lenstar and so on.Different examination methods have own advantages and disadvantages,so proper combination can realize accurate measurement as much as possible,which will provide us credible results for the diagnosis and treatment.
