摘  要:糖原合酶激酶3(GSK-3)广泛发分布于人类及动物的组织细胞中,是许多信号调节通路的交汇点,与多种疾病的发生密切相关。GSK-3的两个亚型(α及β)在结构上虽然有相似之处,但是功能上有显著差异,两者的组织特异性也有不同之处。该文就GSK-3的基本结构和功能进行阐述,从GSK-3与心脏疾病、糖尿病、缺血性视网膜病及肿瘤等方面的关系概述GSK-3如何发挥细胞保护作用。The glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK-3) is widely distributed in the tissues and cells of human and other animals. It is the intersection of many signal conditioning channels so that it is closely related with a variety of diseases. Although the two subtypes of GSK-3 ( α and β ) are similar in structure, there is a significant difference in function, so does the tissue specificity. Here is to elaborate the basic structure and function of GSK-3, and state how it protects ceils from the its relationship with heart disease, diabetes, ischemic retinal disease and tumor.
