摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是一种人群中常见感染的细菌之一。众多研究显示它与消化性溃疡、胃炎、胃癌等疾病密切相关。然而,近年来越来越多的流行病学显示Hp可能与某些胃肠外疾病的发生有关,根除治疗可能会缓解相应疾病的临床症状和实验室异常。目前大多数报道集中在心血管系统、神经系统、血液系统、皮肤系统等,但是结果仍有争议,值得进一步探讨。该文就近期Hp感染与胃外疾病的研究进展予以综述。Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection is one of common human infections. Many studies show that it is associated with development of peptic ulcer, gastritis, gastric cancer etc. However in recent years, more and more epidemiological data have shown that there may be some connection between Hp infection and some extragastric diseases,and the eradication therapy might release the symptoms and lab abnormalities of these diseases. So far most reports are focused on diseases of cardiovascular system, nervous system diseases hematologic system, and dermal system, however, there are still controversies about the reushs, which requires further discussion. Here is to make a review of the research progress in correlation between Hp infection and extragastric diseases.
