摘 要:以广东省不同区域、不同层次的10所高校体育部门中的181名一线体育工作者(主体为教师)为调查对象,探讨个人与组织匹配对体育工作团队成员去留意向的作用机制;将个人与组织匹配分为个人与团队制度的匹配、个人与团队领导的匹配以及个人与同事的匹配3个维度,与离去意向建立路径模型.研究表明:个人和团队领导匹配(p<0.001)以及个人与团队制度匹配(p<0.01)对团队成员离去意向均具有显著负面影响,而个人与同事的匹配(p>0.05)对成员离去意向负面影响不显著;最后,进一步讨论这一规律在高校体育工作团队建设实践中的应用.This paper has explored the influence of college and university sports team members' leaving un- der person and organizations' fit. The research object including 181 lines of sports workers coming from 10 different regions at different levels colleges and universities of Guangdong Province. The main subject is PE teacher. In the study, the person-organization fit is divided into three dimensions: person and the team policy fit, person and team leadership fit, and person with the other team members (colleagues) fit. With the member leaving intention there established a path model. The results of the empirical research shows that person and team leadership fit (p〈0. 001) and person and team law system fit (p〈0.01) have signifi- cant negative effect to members' leaving intention, but person and colleagues fit (p〉0.05) is negative. Fi- nally, it has further discussed the application practice of team building in colleges and universities' PE with the law.
