食管癌中AQP-3的表达与肿瘤转移的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨AQP-3在食管癌组织中的表达特点及其在食管癌发生、转移中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测21例食管癌组织及15例正常组织中AQP-3的表达。结果 AQP-3在食管癌组织中的表达显著高于其在正常食管组织中的表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移的食管癌组织中AQP-3的表达水平比无淋巴结转移的高;AQP-3的表达与分化程度及分期有关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论 AQP-3在食管癌组织中的异常表达与食管癌发生、转移存在密切的关系。Objective To explore the AQP-3 expressed in esophageal tissue characteristics, its significance in esophageal cancer occurrence and metastasis. Methods To use immunohistochemical method to detect 21 cases of esophageal cancer tissue and 1 5 cases of normal tissue in the expression of AQP-3 . Results The expression of AQP-3 in esophageal tissue was significantly higher than normal esophageal tissue,statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05 ）;Ⅲ ~Ⅳ period and with lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer tissues of AQP-3 expression level,respectively,compared with the Ⅰ ~Ⅱ period and high without lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）.And the expression of AQP-3 and patients’gender,age,no significant correlation （P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusion The AQP-3 abnormal expression in esophageal cancer organizations is closely related to esophageal cancer occurrence and metastasis and prognosis.
