摘　　要：目的通过了解在职女职工的生理健康状况,为今后开展女职工的卫生保健和健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用现场流行病学研究方法进行研究,随机抽取云南某高校在职女职工,采用《女职工健康问卷调查表》,由每位女职工进行自填式问卷调查。结果该高校调查的在职女职工中,妇科病的患病率达24.5%,对性生活满意度一般,多数以避孕套避孕(60.7%),对自我生理卫生情况重视度较高,每天冲洗1次外阴达75.5%,但女性生理健康意识不强,定期做乳腺自查、妇科检查的比例较低。结论调查的女职工中女性生理健康及健康体检意识不强。Objective Through the understanding of women staff in univeristy in physical health status, for the future conduct of female workers in health care and health education and provide a theoretical basis. Methods Application epidemiology research method,random sample of women staff in a university in Yunnan,female workers were surveyed through female worker health questionnaire. Results The university survey of female worker,gynecological disease prevalence rate came up to 24.5%.On the sexual life satisfaction of the general,most of the use of condoms for contraception（60.7%）.Pay more attention to self physiological hygiene,daily washing a vulvar reached up to 75 .5%,but health awareness was not strong, the proportion of regular breast self-exams,examination of department of gynaecology was low. Conclusion Survey of female workers in health examination and health consciousness is not strong.
