摘　　要：虽然高校思想政治理论课教师开展社会实践考察活动具有十分重要的教育价值和现实意义,但不少高校在具体开展社会实践考察活动过程中却存在着诸多不容忽视的问题和不足。为了进一步规范和加强高校思想政治理论课教师有序开展社会实践考察活动,达到受教育、长才干、做贡献的实践育人效果,还迫切需要着重处理好几方面问题:一是完善管理制度,细化社会实践考察活动的行为准则;二是加强交流访问,丰富社会实践考察活动的研修形式;三是创建实践基地,搭建社会实践考察活动的教研载体。There are many important educational values and practical signifieances for ideological and political theory teachers to do social practice activities. However, there are also many problems and shortcomings which cannot be ignored during many celleges carrying out the social practice. In order to further standardize and strengthen teachers＇ orderly conduct of it, it is also urgently needed to focus on handling the following issues：firstly, to improve the management system and refine the code of conduct; secondly, to strengthen exchanges and rich training forms;thirdly,to create the practice base and build carriers for teaching and researching.
