摘 要:随着我国市场经济的发展,期房销售作为新兴房产交易形式活跃了房地产市场,促进了市场经济繁荣。期房销售毕竟是新生产物,缺乏经验,相关制度还不成熟,难免风险重重。特别是银行在期房销售中提供按揭贷款,面临极大风险。对银行在提供期房按揭贷款中可能遭遇的风险及其管理进行利益相关方的多元分析和研究,以期丰富相关理论体系,并予实践一定指导意义。With the development of market economy in China, off-plan sales as a new form of real estate deal, has invigorated the real estate market, promoted the prosperity of market economy. After all, off-plan sale as a new product lacks experience, and is hard to avoid the risk while the relevant system is not yet mature. Particularly when the banks face great risks in the off-plan sales mortgage loan. Therefore, a stakeholder multivariate analysis and research are provided on the risks and its management that the banks may be encountered in the off-plan sales mortgage loan, in order to enrich relevant theoretical system, and a certain guiding in practice.
