六手操作在口腔种植手术中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨六手操作在口腔种植手术中的应用效果。方法:本院口腔科2011年1月-2013年6月实施口腔种植治疗的122例患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组各61例,分别采用常规四手操作和六手操作进行手术治疗,并对两组手术时间、医护舒适度、患者舒适度及满意度进行对比分析。结果:试验组的口腔种植手术时间明显短于对照组,医护舒适度、患者舒适度、患者满意度等均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六手操作在口腔种植手术中有明显优势,值得临床推广。Objective：To evaluate the application effect of six handed technique applied in oral implantology. Method：122 patients with oral implantology in our department of stomatology from January 2011 to June 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,61 cases in each group.The two groups were treated by normal four handed technique and six handed technique respectively.The operation time,the comfort in medical staff and the comfort and satisfaction of the patients were compared and analyzed.Result：The operation time of implantology of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group,the comfort in medical staff and the comfort and satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Six handed technique has obvious advantages in oral implantology,is worthy of clinical promotion.
