摘　　要：当代大学生是中国梦的承担者与实现者，坚定道路自信、理论自信和制度自信能够为中国梦的实现提供巨大的精神力量。本文通过“三个自信”和中国梦内涵的阐述，针对思想政治理论课教学更好融入“三个自信”精神教育提出相关建议，旨在帮助大学生把对“三个自信”的理解由感性认识上升为理性认识将其内化于精神，外化于行动．为中国梦的实现而努力奋斗。The contemporary college students are the undertakers and realizing mainstay of Chinese Dreams. Firm road confidence, theory confidence and system confidence can provide great spiritual power for the realization of Chinese Dreams. In this paper, through the interpretation of ＂three confidences＂ and China Dreams, relevant suggestions are put forward for better integration of the teaching of ideological and political theory into the ＂three confidences＂ spiritual education, so as to help students to comprehend ＂three confidences＂ from perceptual angle to rational angle, turn them into inner spirit and outer action, and strive to realize Chinese Dreams.
