摘　　要：传世的主流腧穴文献是以汉代《黄帝明堂经》为源头演变而来。粗略地说 ,从汉代一直到清代 ,腧穴主治的演变基本可分为三个阶段 :宋代以前 ,虽然各种腧穴专书不断出现 ,但很少对《黄帝明堂经》的腧穴主治产生影响 ,因此这一时期占主导地位“黄帝明堂”腧穴主治的演变主要表现在形式上 ,内容上的变化很小 ;至宋代 ,除了继承“黄帝明堂”腧穴主治的基本内容外 ,也从当时流传的其他腧穴书中增补一部分主治内容 ,同时还直接从当时医家的临床经验中总结新的腧穴主治 ;明代则更广泛地从方书、针灸歌赋等文献中补辑腧穴主治。值得注意的是 ,不同历史时期 ,特别是宋以后 ,多种环节上的人为失误 。WT5”BZ]Main literature of acupoint handed down from ancient times is evolved from The Yellow Emperors Mingtang Classic in the Han Dynasty as the origin.Roughly speaking,from the Han Dynasty to Qing Dynasty,development of indications of acupoint can be basically divided into three stages:before Song Dynasty,when various monographs about acupoints appeared continuously,but less of them produced influence on indications of acupoints in the book, The Yellow Emperors Mingtang Classic ,so,in the stage the evolution of indications of acupoints in The Yellow Emperors Mingtang Classic which had held sway on all fronts in the stage manifested mainly in the form and changes in T he contents were less;To the Song Dynasty,besides basic contents of indications of acupoint in the Yellow Emperors Mingtang Classic were inherited,a part of contents of acupoint indications were supplemented from spreading other books about acupoints in that time,at the same time,new indications of acupoints were summarised directly from clinical experience of physicians in that time;In Ming Dynasty,indications of acupoints were supplemented and compiled more widely from books of prescriptions,acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions in verse and other literature.It is worth notice that in different history stages,especially after Song Dynasty,man made faults in many links also are an innegligible important factor for changes of indications of acupoints.
