“三改”与戏曲现代教育的确立

摘　　要：建国后不久,国家发布了《关于戏曲改革工作的指示》,其核心内容是"改戏、改人、改制"(简称"三改")。国家通过"改戏"完成了对剧目思想内涵的改造,净化并丰富了戏曲课堂教学的内容;通过"改人"一方面完成了对旧戏曲艺人的改造,另一方面以全新的社会主义教育理念培养社会主义新人;通过"改制"完成了对旧的教育制度的改造,使新中国的戏曲现代教育拥有了制度性的保障。国家通过"三改"成功地将戏曲教育从传统推向了现代,为社会主义戏曲现代教育的发展奠定了坚实的基础。Shortly after the founding of the PRC, the state agency issued ＂On the Reform of Chinese Traditional Theater Working Instruction＂. Its core content is ＂Reform of the Play, the Personnel, and the System＂ （ shortened for the ＂Three Reforms＂ ）. The state agency completed the transformation of the ideological connotation of ＂Reform of the Play＂ and purified and enriched the drama teaching content. Through the ＂Reform of the Personnel＂, it has completed the transformation of the artists of old Chinese traditional theater. On the other hand, it gives a new concept of socialist education to foster the new socialists. Through the ＂Reform of System＂, it has completed the transformation of the old education system, giving the modern Chinese education institutional guarantee. The state agency successfully moves the drama education through the ＂Three Reforms＂, and lays a solid foundation for the development of socialist modern Chinese education of opera.
