摘　　要：目的探讨血清中性激素水平与视网膜静脉周围炎(Eales病)发病的关系。方法回顾分析经临床表现、眼底检查及荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)确诊为Eales病的76例患者的临床资料。同时选取与Eales病患者年龄、性别相匹配的76例体检健康者作为对照组。抽取两组受试者肘静脉血,用化学发光法检测Eales例患者及对照组血清中部分性激素:促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、睾酮(T)含量。采用t检验对检测结果进行统计学处理。结果与对照组相比,Eales病组患者血清中性激素值均升高,其差异有统计学意义。结论性激素水平与Eales病的发病是有关联的,血清LH、FSH、T指标的变化可作为Eales病患者的一个参考指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between Eales disease and serum sexual hormone level . Methods Seventy-six cases of Eales disease were reviewed .Clinical presentations , fundus examination and fundus fluo-rescein angiography （ FFA） results were retrospectively analyzed .Another 76 healthy, age and gender matched subjects were selected as control .Sexual hormones , including luteinizing hormone （ LH） , follicle stimulating hormone （ FSH） and testosterone were measured in both groups using chemiluminescence methods .T-test was used to detect differences between the two groups .Results Sexual hormone levels were significantly higher in patients with Eales disease than in control sub -jects.Conclusion Sexual hormones can be associated with Eales disease .Chanes in serum LH , FSH or testosterone can be used as biomarkers for Eales disease .
