结膜新月形切除术治疗结膜松弛症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究结膜新月形切除术治疗结膜松弛症的临床效果。方法对35例(56只眼)结膜松弛症患者应用结膜新月形切除术进行治疗,观察患者术后结膜松弛变化情况、泪河连续完整性、泪膜破裂时间和自觉症状评估。结果术后随访1年有效率为85.7%。结论结膜松弛是泪溢的原因之一,结膜新月形切除术治疗结膜松弛症安全、有效。Objetive To study the effects on crescent-shaped resection to treat conjunctivochalaiasis .Methods 35 cases（56 eyes） of conjunctivochalaiasis were treated by using crescent-shaped resection , conjunctiva relaxation change situation, rivus lacrimalis continual , integrity tear membrane breakage time and subjective symptom appraisal were meas-ured after surgery .Results All patients were followed up 1 year,we noted the effect ratio was 85.7%.Conclusions Re-laxed bulbar conjunctiva is one of the causes of epiphora , crescent-shaped resection to treat conjunctivochalaiasis is safe and effective.
