摘　　要：颌骨肿瘤术后缺损对患者生活质量有严重的影响,对颌骨切除后遗留的缺损进行修复重建是必要的。然而,颌骨重建手术要求外科医师有扎实的解剖基础,丰富的临床经验,高超的临床技术及良好的审美感觉。本文拟回顾国内外计算机辅助设计与制作技术在颌骨肿瘤切除与重建应用的文献,并讲述一些我们在实际应用中的临床经验。Jaw defects after tumor ablative surgery severely affect the life quality of patients. Thus, reconstructive surgery is necessary for these patients. However, the surgeons who perform jaw reconstructive surgery are required to have not only solid knowledge of surgical anatomy, but also excellent sense of aesthetics. In this article, we will review the previous reports about the computer assisted jaw reconstruction, and share our experience of clinical application.
