丁硼乳膏在固定正畸中预防牙龈炎发生的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的：评价丁硼乳膏在固定正畸中预防牙龈炎发生的临床效果。方法：选择黄石市疾病预防控制中心口腔门诊2011年7月-2013年9月就诊前未患牙龈炎的青少年固定正畸患者120例为研究对象，随机分为干预组（丁硼乳膏刷牙）和对照组（普通牙膏刷牙），每组60例，分别检测正畸治疗前和治疗4周后牙周指数（牙龈指数GI、菌斑指数PLI、龈沟出血指数SBI），并进行组间均数的t检验分析。结果：对照组治疗4周后GI、PLI和SBI均显著上升，治疗前后有统计学差异（P〈0．001），而干预组未见明显改变，治疗前后亦无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：丁硼乳膏对口腔中常见细菌有抑制作用，能有效维护固定正畸治疗中的牙周健康及预防牙龈炎的发生。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Dingpeng cream in the prevention of gingivitis in fixed appliance. Methods A total of 120 adolescent patients without gingivitis before fixed appliance as the object of study were randomly divided into intervention group （Ding Peng cream brushing） and control group （ordinary toothpaste）,60 cases of each group~ the periodontal index （gingival index GI,plaque index PLI,sulcus bleeding index SBI）were detected before fixed appliance and after 4 weeks, and were analyzed by t test mean between group. Results In control group,GI,PLI and SBI increased significantly after 4 weeks,there is significant difference before and after treatment （P〈0.001）.The intervention group had no obvious change before and after treatment,no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Dingpeng cream had inhibitory effects on common bacteria in oral cavity, can effectively maintain periodontal health in fixed appliance,can effectively prevent gingivitis.
