摘　　要：目的:眼动脉瘤瘤体多巨大,手术夹闭多有困难,需要寻找其它的治疗方法。方法:本组采用经血管内栓塞治疗眼动脉瘤15例,其中巨大动脉瘤7例,均采用钨丝弹簧圈行血管内栓塞。结果:完全栓塞6例,大部分栓塞(>80％)5例、部分栓塞(<50％)4例。所有病人都保持了颈内动脉血流通畅。偏瘫2例,死亡1例。随访3～10个月,造影复查中再次补充行弹簧完全栓塞的有5例。结论:与手术夹闭动脉瘤的治疗方法比较,血管内栓塞眼动脉瘤是一种安全、简便的治疗方法。To study the endovascular treatment of carotid-ophthalmic aneurysms. Methods:There were 7 cases of large aneurysm in 15 patients with carotid-ophthalmic aneurysms. All of the aneurysms were treated with placement of tungsten filament microcoils. Results:There were 6 cases total,5 cases >80% and 4 cases <50% occlusions. The internal carotid arteries in all patients were unobstructed. Two patients had hemiplegia and 1 died after the procedure. Among 3-10 month follow-up,5 of them required repeated thrombosis with placement of additional microcoils. Conclusion:Compared with aneurysm clips, thrombotic therapy of carotid-ophthalmic aneurysms is a safe and simple procedure.
