氢氧化钙糊剂在乳牙根尖周炎治疗中的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨氢氧化钙糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎的疗效。方法:180例乳牙根尖周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组90例(184颗)给予氢氧化钙糊剂,对照组90例(176颗)给予氧化锌碘仿丁香油糊剂,分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过6、9、12个月随访后,对照组治愈率分别为80.6%、73.8%和56.8%,观察组治愈率分别为97.8%、93.4%和87.0%,两组差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:氢氧化钙糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎是一种安全有效的好方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of calcium hydroxide on the treatment of periapical periodontitis. Methods Ninety patients with periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 90 patients in observation group were treated with calcium hydroxide, the other 90 patients in control group were treated with Zinc oxide eugenol iodoform, Analysis treatment effect in both groups. Results After 6 months, 9 months,12 months follow-up, The cure rate of observation group（80.6%,73.8%,56.8%）was significantly lower than that of the control group （97.8%,93.4%,87.0%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of calcium hydroxide past on periapical periodontitis is an effective and safe process and worthy of clinical application.
