摘　　要：近年来真菌感染,特别是少见、罕见真菌引起真菌病的增加,以及侵袭性真菌感染的高死亡率,使微生物学家逐渐认识到对真菌病的流行病学、发病机制以及防治策略等研究的重要性,而所有研究的基础都建立在对医学真菌的有效保藏上。建立一个规范的医学菌种保藏网络,可以为广大科研工作者和临床医生提供真菌病的临床诊疗与科学研究的基础性平台,促进人类对医学真菌的研究和认识。本文讨论了依托医院和科研单位,通过网络互联的菌种保藏新模式,希望建设一个覆盖全国、生物安全保证、菌种资源丰富、菌株信息齐全、操作流程顺畅、资源共享便捷的医学真菌菌种库网络,同时我们也呼吁更多的医院和相关科研机构加入到这个网络中。In recent years, the incidence of fungal infections, especially the invasive mycoses has increased dramat- ically. The mortality of invasive fungal infections is high too. Mortality from d^e infection varies widely across the world. The importance of the researches of the epidemiology, pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of fun qal infections has been recognized by the microbiologist. And the culture collection of medical fungi is the foundation of all these researches. The establishment of a standardized medical strain library network can provide the basis platform of clinical diagnosis of fungal disease and scientific research for the majority of scientists and clinicians. And it can promote our understanding of fungi. In this article, we discussed the new model of culture collection which depends on the network among hospitals and research institutes. We want to build a nationwide, standardized and secure fungi strain library network system, and we also appeal to more hospitals and related research institutes to join this network.
