摘　　要：目的探讨Nd：YAG长脉宽l064nm激光联合优化脉冲光治疗婴儿血管瘤的临床疗效。方法150例婴儿血管瘤按就医顺序分A，B，C三组各50例，分别采用优化脉冲光、长脉宽激光、长脉宽激光联合优化脉冲光进行治疗，观察各组的临床疗效。结果经过2～6次治疗，临床有效率A组为80．00％，B组为90．00％，C组为96．00％，A组与B组、B组与C组、A组与C组之间差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。三组不良反应率分别为28．00％，12．00％和8．00％，A组与B组、A组与C组比较差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05），B组与c组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论Nd：YAG激光长脉宽1064nm联合优化脉冲光治疗婴儿血管瘤能发挥各自优势，联合治疗效果更好，不良反应少。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Nd：YAG laser long-pulsed 1 064nm combined with optimal pulsed light on infantile hemangiomas. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of infantile hemangioma were separated into three groups（ group A, group B and group C） in order with 50 cases for each group, group A was treated with optimal pulse technology, group B was treated with Nd：YAG laser long-pulsed 1 064nm, and group C was treated with Nd：YAG laser long-pulsed 1 064nm combined with optimal pulse technology, then we analyzed the therapeutic effect of each group. Results After two to six times of treatments, the cure rate of group A was 80.00% , group B was 90.00% and group C was 96.00%. There were significant differences among group A,group B and group C （P 〈 0.05）. the side-effect rate of three groups were 28.00%, 12. 00%, 8. 00% respectively. Paired comparison revealed significant differences between group A and group B as well as group A and group C （P 〈 0. 05 ）, there was no significant differences between group B and group C （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Long-pulsed 1 064nm Nd ： laser combined with optimal pulse technology can exert their advantages on the treatment of infantile hemangiomas, the combination therapy is an effective and low side-effect treatment.
