VEGF与舌癌浸润转移及复发的相关性

摘　　要：目的检测舌癌组织中,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况及微血管密度,以探讨VEGF水平与舌癌浸润转移与复发的关系。方法收集舌癌病人44例,均经组织病理学诊断为鳞状细胞癌,并确定其肿瘤类型、分化程度及有无淋巴结转移。良性对照组为13例舌乳头状瘤患者。采用S-P免疫组化法,对44例舌癌及13例舌乳头状瘤进行VEGF单克隆抗体和CD34单克隆抗体染色,在镜下进行VEGF分级及微血管计数。结果①44例舌癌VEGF染色结果:20例(-),16例(+),8例(++),微血管密度均值为39.18/200×视野(SD=3.62),两者呈正相关。②在颈淋巴结转移组与未转移组间,VEGF表达、MVD、肿瘤大小及临床分期均有显著差异,但在统计学上,VEGF与MVD的意义较大。③在复发组与未复发组间,VEGF与MVD存在显著差异。结论 VEGF及MVD与舌癌浸润转移及复发间存在密切的关系。Objective To detect expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and microvessel density（MVD） in tongue squamous cell carcinoma ,in order to explore the relationship between VEGF level and the infiltrative metastasis and recurrence .Methods Forty-four tongue cancer patients were enrolled,which were squamous cell carcinoma,and determine the type of tumor,differentiation grade and lymph node metastasis were showed .The positive control group was 13 tongue papilloma patients .Immunohistochemical S-P was used to observe the staining results .Results ①The results of VEGF staining in 44 patients with tongue carcinoma：（-）20,（＋）16,（＋＋） 8,MVD was 39.18 per 200×field（SD=3.62）.There was a positive correlation between them.②Between cervical lymph node metastasis group and non-metastasis groups ,VEGF and MVD and tumor size as well as clinical staging were significantly different .But in the statistics , VEGF and MVD played more important role .③Between the recurrence group and non-recurrence group ,VEGF and MVD were significantly different.Conclusion VEGF and MVD are closely related with infiltrative metastasis and recurrence in tongue squamous cell carcinoma .
