CT引导下^(125)I粒子植入治疗晚期肺鳞癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察CT引导下^(125)I粒子植入治疗晚期肺鳞癌的治疗效果。方法应用^(125)I粒子植入术治疗晚期肺鳞癌40例,总结CT引导下^(125)I粒子植入术的疗效和并发症。结果术后1个月随访,CR 24例,PR 12例,SD 3例,PD 1例,总有效率为90.0%.术后3个月随访,CR 25例,PR 9例,SD 5例,PD 1例,总有效率为85.O%.术后KPS评分较术前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 CT引导下^(125)I粒子植入治疗晚期肺鳞癌疗效确切,可显著提高患者生存质量,是一种安全、简便、微创的治疗手段。Objective To observe the treatment effects of CT guided iodine-125 seed implantation on advanced lung squamous carcinoma .Methods Forty cases of lung squamous carcinoma were undertaken CT guided iodine-125 seed implantation ,to summarize the effects and complications of CT guided iodine-125 seed implantation .Results Follow-up CT performed 1 month after implantation showed complete relief （ CR） in 24 cases,partial relief（ PR） in 12, stable disease （ SD） in 3,and progressive disease （ PD） in 1 case with an overall effective rate of 90%.3 months after implantation showed CR in 25 cases,PR in 9,SD in 3,and PD in 1 case with an overall effective rate of 85%.The postop-erative KPS score was higher than preoperative （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion The treatment effects of CT guided iodine-125 seed implantation in advanced lung squamous carcinoma are exact ,it can highly increase living quality of patients ,and it is a safe,simple,minimally invasive therapeutic tool .
