成都市主城区犬伤门诊现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解成都市主城区犬伤门诊的配套设施现状,为成都市主城区犬伤门诊配套设施的进一步规范化提供依据。方法 2011-2012年采用定量和定性调查相结合的方法,对多阶段分层抽样的成都市主城区21个狂犬病免疫预防门诊开展问卷调查和现场观察,并对这些门诊的60名医务人员进行个人深入访谈定性调查,调查内容包括犬伤门诊的配套设施现状及存在问题等。结果 21个犬伤门诊都配有基本配套设施包括伤口处理设施、预防接种设施、消毒设施、冷链设施和抢救设施,市、区及社区3个级别门诊的冷链设施、抢救设施的平均得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),市级门诊的冷链设施和抢救设施的得分最高,区级门诊的冷链设施得分最低,社区门诊的抢救设施得分最低;在伤口处置设施、预防接种设施和消毒设施方面3级门诊差异没有统计学意义;犬伤处置的配套设施特别是伤口处理设施、冷链设施和抢救设施不够规范化。结论成都市主城区犬伤门诊均配有基本配套设施,冷链和抢救设施各级有差异,需要进一步规范和完善。Objective To understand the current status of supporting facihty of outpatient service for injuries by dogs in Chengdu and to provide basis for further standardized supporting facilities. Methods Questionnaire investigation and on - spot observation survey were carried out in 21 immunization clinics in Chengdu; mean- while, deep interviews were conducted among 60 medical personnel in those elinics. Results The 21 clinics were facilitated with basic equipments, including wound treatment facility, vaccination facility, disinfection facility, cold chain facility and rescue facility. The average scores of cold chain facilities and rescue facilities among 3 levels clinics （municipal level, district level and community level） had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Cold chain facilities and rescue facilities at municipal level got the highest score ; cold chain facilities of district clinics got the lowest score and rescue facilities of community got the lowest score. Conclusion The supporting facility of outpatient service for injury by dogs in Chengdu need to be further standardizing and improving.
