摘　　要：目的调查四川省攀枝花市盐边县温泉彝族乡不明原因猝死（简称攀枝花市不明原因猝死）疫情发病特点,分析发病规律。方法现场调查询问知情者,并填写不明原因猝死个案调查表。结果此疫情导致5名人员不明原因猝死、1例同发病例,发病女多于男、以青壮年为主,发病集中在7月22~24日,首末死亡时间距离50 h 28 min,死亡病例集中在2家。结论死亡病例具有明显的家族聚集性和家庭聚集性,发病地区偏远、生活条件差,攀枝花市不明原因猝死符合云南不明原因猝死疫情诊断标准定义,此疫情扩大了不明原因猝死的地域范围。Objective To investigate the characteristics of unexplained sudden death in Yanbian county,Panzhihua city and thus to identify the occurrence regularity.Methods Field survey was adopted to investigate the insiders of the incidents and case questionnaires were fill out at the same time.Results Five person died with unknown causes with one homologous incidence.The epidemic were characterized with more women than men,mainly young ones and occurring during 22nd-24th of July;the time interval between first case and the last case was 50h and 28min;all the cases were from two families.Conclusion Deaths have obvious familial and family aggregation,occurred in the remote areas,and with poor living conditions.The Panzhihua unexplained sudden death is consistent with Yunnan unexplained sudden death diagnostic criteria.This outbreak expands the geographical range of the unexplained sudden death.
