摘 要:目的探讨情绪渗透疗法在腭裂患儿术后语音训练中的影响效果。方法采用随机对照研究设计,将80例2013-01~2013-08间入住南京医科大学附属口腔医院的腭裂术后语音障碍患儿随机分为实验组(4l例)和对照组(39例)。实验组采用语音训练和情绪渗透疗法,对照组采用语音训练和常规护理方法。分别于干预前、干预后1个月、2个月、3个月时采用《汉语语音清晰度测试字表》对两组患儿的语音清晰度进行测评,比较两组患儿在干预前、干预后1个月、2个月、3个月的语音清晰度变化情况。结果两组患儿干预后语音清晰度均有改善,两组间在干预后1个月后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在干预后2个月、3个月后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的语音清晰度得分高于对照组。结论情绪渗透疗法可促进腭裂术后患儿语音清晰度的提高。Objective To probe into clinical effect of emotional penetration therapy in the application of the postoperative cleft palate speech training. Methods The research design was randomly used in controlled study design,80 cases of cleft palate speech disorders who met the inclusion criteria were involved in the study from January to August,2013. The patients who were sent to Dental Hospital of Jiangsu Province were randomly allocated into the experimental group( 41 cases) and control group( 39 cases). Patients of experimental group were given speech training with emotional penetration therapy. Patients of control group were given speech training with routine nursing method,and data of voice intelligibility of the groups of patients were collected through using"the Chinese Speech Intelligibility Test Words Form",at the time before the intervention,the end of the 1st month,2nd month and 3rd month of the intervention. Results Voice intelligibility of the patients in both groups was improved. There was no statistically significant difference after the 1st month,but patients in experimental group have a higher voice intelligibility score assessed at the end of the 2nd month,3rd month of the control group. Conclusion Emotional penetration therapy can improve the speech intelligibility for those postoperative patients with cleft palate.
