持续质量改进对健康体检中心的护理管理作用

摘　　要：目的加强健康体检中心护理安全管理,不断提高护理质量。方法成立持续质量改进小组,针对健康体检中心存在的问题实施具有针对性的管理。结果实施护理管理安全防范措施后,护士的风险意识明显提高,体检时存在的问题显著减少,体检者满意度由2011年的84%上升至2012年的93%。2012年体检量比2011年增长43%,年收入增长48%。结论体检中心在护理安全管理中推行持续质量改进工作,能够有效避免并减少医疗纠纷的发生,提高护理质量。Objective To strengthen nursing safety management in healthy check-up center,and constantly improve the quality of nursing. Methods Setting up quality continuous improvement team,and implementing corresponding management according to the existing problems of health physical examination center. Results After implementing nursing management safety precautions,the nurses＇ consciousness of risk was obviously improved. Satisfaction rose from 84% in 2011 to 93% in 2012 in physical examination. Physical examination quantity increased by 43% from 2011 to 2012. Annual income increased by 48%. The problems of physical declined significantly. Conclusion Physical examination center implementing continuous quality improvement in nursing safety management can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,and improve the quality of nursing.
