摘  要:从微囊藻毒素作为化感化合物的角度,简要介绍了微囊藻毒素的合成机理、理化性质和环境特征,重点分析了微囊藻毒素与其他化感化合物的相关关系,详细阐述了微囊藻毒素在藻类群落演替及水华中的作用,以推动人类对藻毒素本质作用的全面、科学的认识进程,从而更好地管理和利用藻毒素。This paper intends to make a brief introduction to the synthesis mechanism, the physicochemical properties and the environmental features of microcystin allelopathic, which can be used to function as an allelopathic compound. In preparing the paper, we have first of all analyzed the correlation between the microsystins and other allelopathic compounds and made a systematic exploration of the role of microcystins in the algal community succession and bloom. In order to promote the understanding and application of the algal toxins scientifically and efficiently, we have also pointed out the actual blank situation in the research for the time being on the signal pathway produced by the microcystin. and the mechanism of its workings and interferes with other signals. As a kind of secondary metabolites, microcystin has been used to play an important role in itself or in other phytoplankton microcystis. It has thus been used to function as an inhibiter or promoter for the important ecological significance MCs that makes possible the production of algae. Therefore, it is endowed with a competitive advantage in the aquatic environment. To be exact, it can promote the blossom process, when used in competition with each other and co-evolution among the algae. At the same time, microcystin behaves also as a kind of secondary metabolites, though it can be used to interfere into other organisms in the environment in defense, and therefore it may have a serious negative impact on the ecosystem (especially in animals and humans). As the highest frequency of the hot spots in the cyano-bacterial bloom pollution, producing the largest and most serious harm to the microcystin species, therefore, the microcystin and the related research have become a part of the environmental science research. Current studies have also focused their research stress on the removal and detection of their microcystins and their negative effects (especially harmful to the animals and human beings) on the ecological environment in other aspects,
