利培酮与奎硫平对精神分裂症患者性激素水平的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者性激素水平的影响。方法选择精神分裂症患者80例,分别为利培酮组和奎硫平组。两组患者治疗时间为8周,采用化学免疫发光分析技术,在治疗前以及治疗后测定性激素的水平,并和20例健康体检者进行对比。结果和对照组比较,治疗组在入院时,测定的催乳素、睾酮以及雌二醇的差异不具有统计学意义,治疗后,催乳素和雌二醇水平明显的增加,差异具有统计学意义,睾酮水平差异不具有统计学意义。和利培酮组进行对比,奎硫平组在治疗前催乳素、睾酮以及雌二醇水平差异不具有统计学意义,治疗后差异不显著;和入院时对比,利培酮组治疗后,催乳素、睾酮以及雌二醇增加的幅度不大,差异具有统计学意义,催乳素明显的增加。结论在使用第二代抗精神病药物时,会导致精神分裂症患者内分泌激素水平发生变化。Objective Analyze the effect ofantipsychotic agents on sex hormone levels in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia were divided into risperidone group and quetiapine group. They were treated for 8 weeks. Detected the sex hormone levels using chemical illuminescent immunoassay system and compared with 20 health people. Results There were no significant difference between two groups in prolactin, testosterone and estradiol levels on admission. Prolactin and estradiol levels increased modestly with statistic significance after treatment, there were no statistic significance in testosterone changes and no significant difference between two groups in prolactin, testosterone and estradiol levels before treatment. After treated with prolactin, testosterone and estradiol increased modestly, prolactin increased obviously. Conclusion Using second generation antipsychotic drugs may result in changes of endocrine hormone levels in patients with schizophrenia.
