摘　　要：道路交通事故不仅对人们的社会经济生活影响很大,而且严重威胁着人们的生命安全。对哈尔滨市交通事故特征进行统计分析并给出相应的改善对策。首先,从时间和空间两个角度对哈尔滨市交通事故数据作了统计特征分析,而后从系统工程的角度对交通事故的多方面影响因素进行深入分析,最后针对哈尔滨市交通参与者的现状、道路情况及管理状况等方面的特点,给出相应的改善对策。Road traffic accidents impose not only a significant impact on people＇s social and economic lives but also a bad threat against people＇s life. The statistical characteristics of traffic accidents in Harbin are presented and proposed the relevant improvement policies. Firstly, in terms of time and space perspectives, the statistical characteristic of traffic accidents are analyzed. Then from the system engineering perspective, the multiple impact factors of traffic accidents are then further analyzed. Finally, the corresponding improvements are also given. The conclusions obtained can provide the basis and support for road traffic managers laying down the relevant policies.
