黑龙江省燃气公交车发展趋势及安全管理研究

摘　　要：针对近几年黑龙江省燃气公交车数量逐步增加但燃气公交车安全事故频发的问题,对黑龙江省燃气公交车辆的使用情况和安全事故发生的原因进行广泛调研。使用灰色预测法进行燃气公交车发展趋势预测,预测结果显示:在未来一段时间内,随着加气站的建设,CNG公交车逐渐占主导地位,柴油车会占一定比例,LPG两用燃料公交车的保有量逐步下降。使用事故树法,从3个方面研究燃气公交车安全事故的原因,并针对事故原因提出相应的管理办法,有效地预防事故的发生,降低事故的危害程度。Based on the problems of the gas bus in Heilongjiang province and the security accidents on the increase,a survey is widely made on the service condition of gas bus in Heilongjiang province, and the development trend of gas bus is predicted by the grey prediction method. The predicted results show：in the future,the diesel bus will occupy a certain proportion,and the CNG buses will gradually dominate and the LPG dual-fuel buses decline gradually. Through the fault tree analysis, the cause of security accident on gas bus are researched from three aspects, and the safety management methods that can effectively prevent from the accident are provided to reduce the damage level.
