中医院校医学检验技术专业建设几点措施

摘　　要：医学检验技术人才应具备系统掌握医学检验基础理论和检验操作能力,具备临床检验和实验室诊断思维及分析问题能力,具备对各种检验结果进行初步评价能力,具备了解常用检验仪器的基本构件和性能能力,并具备良好的职业态度,能胜任医学检验和实验室诊断工作能力。近年来国内中医院校逐步依托开设了医学检验技术专业,辽宁中医药大学依托实验教学资源于2013年增设了医学检验技术专业,如何有效利用实验教学资源,构建医学检验技术人才培养平台,是未来的重点工作。Medical laboratory technicians should master medical system theory and operation ability,should have the clinical examination and laboratory diagnosis thinking and analysis ability, the abilityto evaluate all the test results, the basic components and performance ability to understand the commontesting instruments, and have good occupation attitude, and should be qualified for medical examination andlaboratory diagnosis of work ability. In recent years, the domestic Chinese medicine colleges and universitiesbegan to offer medical testing technology. Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine relying onexperimental resources added medical inspection technology in 2013. How to effectively use resources,building platform for training of medical laboratory technology talent, is the focus work in the future.
