地杞精葡萄籽复合方剂对小鼠免疫调节作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨地杞精葡萄籽复合方剂对环磷酰胺致免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法：对免疫抑制小鼠进行免疫器官重量影响、血清溶血素、小鼠碳廓清及NK细胞活性实验，统计各个指标结果。结果：地杞精葡萄籽复合方剂对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用显著，免疫器官重量、血清溶血素实验、小鼠碳廓清实验及NK细胞活性实验结果均为阳性。结论：地杞精葡萄籽复合方剂具有较好的免疫调节作用。To investigate the immune-regulating effect of Diqijing＆grape seed extract on rats. Methods：The effects on the immune organ weight, serum hemolysin experiments, rat’s carbon clearance test, the activity of natural killer, statistical results of each indicator. Results：Diqijing＆grape seed extract significant immunomodulatory effects, results of immune organ weight, serum hemolysin experiments, rat’s carbon clearance test and the activity of natural killer were positive. Conclusion：Diqijing＆amp;grape seed extract has a better immune-regulation.
