摘　　要：目的研究肝癌患者外周血单核细胞TLR4的表达情况及意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测50例肝癌患者和30例健康正常人外周血单核细胞表面TLR4的表达,采用ELISA法检测肝癌组及对照组血浆NF-κB、IL-6的表达。结果肝癌患者外周血TLR4、NF-κB、IL-6表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);肝癌患者TLR4的表达与NF-κB呈正相关(r=0.352,P<0.05);结论肝癌患者外周血TLR4表达较正常人明显增高,TLR4可能与原发性肝癌的发生密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of TLR4 in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）.Methods The NF-κB,IL-6 in plasma were tested by ELISA in 50 patients with HCC and 30 healthy volunteers.The expression of TLR4 on the surface of PBMC were tested by flow cytometry.Results The expression of TLR4,NF-κB,IL-6 in patients with HCC were significantly higher than those in normal controls （P ＜ 0.01）.The expression of TLR4 correlated with NF-κB in patients with HCC （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The expression of TLR4 on PBMC in patients with HCC is higher than healthy people TLR4 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of HCC.
