摘　　要：通过采用地理信息系统原理、方法并利用SuperMap Object二次开发模块和SQL Server关系数据库设计思想与技术,开发了山东省海洋生态保护区地理信息系统。实现了对山东全省不同类别、不同级别的海洋生态保护区诸如:功能区划、环境监测、基础设施、人员要素按城市为基础的统一规划和其空间(矢量、栅格)数据、媒体数据,文本数据及其它结构化关系数据的集成管理。并提出了对此类保护区多源数据管理的意见及建议,为同类海洋生态保护区信息化建设与管理提供有力参考。This paper mainly introduces the method about developing Marine Ecological Reserve（ MER） system of Shandong province through GIS and SuperMap Object secondary development skills,as well as SQL Server technology. This system achieved unified planning of various kinds of MER information（ Function Zoning,Environmental Monitoring,Infrastructure,Staff） and integrated management about spatial data（ vector,raster）,multimedia documents and structure relational data according to the different MER categories and levels. And then,we also come up with the solutions of the key problems about multi-source management. I hope it can be a powerful reference for other resembled MER information construction.
