摘　　要：首先对实时响应供应链的内涵及其相应的信息支撑技术进行了分析;接着重点对供应链实时响应导向下的信息共享和信息管理模式进行了研究,构建了供应链实时共享数据信息仓库,设计了其框架结构并以其作为供应链产品信息的唯一物理存储位置,同时研究了供应链实时响应导向下的信息管理模式,对核心企业主导模式和委托第三方信息服务商进行管理两种模式分别进行了解析;最后分析了实时响应供应链不同发展阶段信息共享和管理模式的差异。In this paper, we first analyzed the connotation of the real-time response supply chain and its supporting information technologies. Then we studied the mode of information sharing and management under the real-time response of the supply chain, built the real-time sharing information database after designing its architecture and then used it as the unique physical storage location of the product information of the supply chain. At the end, we analyzed the difference between the information sharing and management modes of the real-time response supply chain at different stages.
