摘　　要：社会工作是残疾人职业康复的有力支持。本文以香港邻舍辅导会为例,深入分析社会工作在残疾人职业康复服务中的实践,包括介入的价值理念、服务目标与工作原则、服务流程、服务内容与方法、技巧等层面。邻舍辅导会的实践是香港残疾人职业康复服务的成功经验:香港政府有比较成熟的残疾人社会福利政策和完善的职业康复服务体系;政府和社会服务机构形成良性互动,建立了良好的伙伴关系;社会工作是残疾人职业康复服务的优势资源和专业支撑。Social work plays an important part in vocational rehabilitation of the disabled.The paper focus on social work's practice in Hongkong Naac,including values,the objects,principles,process,contents,methods and skills of the service.The success of the vocational rehabilitation in Hongkong Naac ascribes to three aspects.The Hongkong government has mature social welfare policy for the disabled and perfect vocational rehabilitation service system.The government and social service agencies have positive interaction,and have established good partnership.Social work is a superior resource and professional support in the vocational rehabilitation of the disabled.
