摘　　要：提出"产学研合作创新风险管理系统"这一概念,并对该系统的复杂性进行分析,得到"产学研合作创新风险管理系统是一个‘开放的复杂巨系统’"这一结论。基于上述结论,通过引入综合集成方法和多方代理理论,构建了"基于HWME的产学研合作创新风险管理框架"和"基于Multi-Agent的产学研合作创新风险管理系统的概念模型",为后续研究提供新的研究视角和思路。In this study, we firstly put forward the concept of risk mauagement system for industry - university - research institute cooperative research, and analyzed the complexity of the system. Then we got the conclusion that the risk management system for industry -university -research institute cooperative research can be regarded as an opening complex giant system. Based on this conclusion, we constructed a framework of HWME - based industry - university - research institute cooperation innovation risk management and a conceptual model of multi - agent - based industry - university - research institute cooperation innovation risk management system by introducing the methods of meta - synthesis engineering and multi - agent. This innovative study can provide new research perspectives and ideas for the future research.
