摘　　要：分析我国学者对我国科技成果商业化运作模式的研究,指出我国科技成果商业化运作模式存在商业化程度低、商业化过程艰难和运作模式落后等问题,提出促进我国科技成果商业化的建议,如科技成果证券化、运用科技金融工具和发行科技成果虚拟股份等新方法,以期望能对企业进行科技成果商业化运作能提供一定的参考借鉴。This article first briefly analyzes the studies made by domestic scholars on commercialization operation pattern of scientific and technological achievements, then points out the key problems of the commercial operation pattern, such as the low degree of commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, difficult commercialization process and backward operation mode, finally puts forward suggestions to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements commercialization, such as securitization of scientific and technological achievements, the use of financial instruments of science and technology, and the issue of virtual shares.
