摘 要:探讨纺织企业空调系统节能技术措施。测试了空调喷淋系统的热湿交换效率,对采用靶式喷嘴喷淋系统改造离心喷嘴喷淋系统的节能效果进行了对比。分析送风系统的节能潜力,提出了风机改造方案及节能效果。就纺织企业空调设备运行管理工作提出了几点建议。认为:使用节能的靶式喷嘴和节能叶轮,对喷水室做简单改造优化,每套空调室每年可节约水电费9.81万元,若推广使用,可解决企业空调能耗较高的问题。The technology measures of air conditioning system energy saving in textile enterprise were discussed. Heat and moisture exchange efficiency of air conditioning spray system was tested. Energy saving effect of target type nozzle spray system and swirl nozzle spray system were compared. Energy saving potential of air supply system was analyzed. Modification program and energy saving effect of fan were proposed. A few suggestions on the operations management of air-conditioning equipment in textile enterprises were proposed. It is considered that spray chamber was transformed simply by using target type nozzle and energy saving impeller. 98 100 Ynan can be saved by each air condition room every year. The problems of high energy consumption of air conditioning system can be solved by using these technology.
