7-硝基吲唑对大鼠局部脑缺血急性期保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究 7-硝基吲唑在鼠脑局灶缺血中的保护作用。方法　线拴法建立大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型 ,观察应用 7-硝基吲唑前后鼠多项指标变化规律。结果　 7-硝基吲唑的适宜剂量为 5 0 m g/kg,可显著抑制 n NOS活性 ,减少脑含水量及梗死体积 ,但对神经功能缺损改善无显效。结论　Objective To study the protective role of 7 NI on the focal cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods The rat models of middle cerebral artery occlusion MCAO were established with the suture method.7 NI were used for investigating the parameter changes in brain.Results The moderate dose of 7 NI is 50mg/kg,it could significantly inhibit the nNOS activity,decreased infarct volume,water content but no effect to nervous function defect in early ischemic stage.Conclusions The results implied that 7 NI had definite protective effects to rat brain in ischemic stage.
