摘 要:本研究采用自编的幼儿教师流动状况调查问卷,对武汉地区十二所幼儿园的181名教师进行调查。结果发现:民办幼儿教师流动率显著高于公办幼儿教师;26-30岁幼儿教师流动率最高;低教龄幼儿教师流动率较高;本科幼儿教师的流动意愿最强烈;无职称比有职称幼儿教师的流动性大且更倾向于流动。The study adopted the self compiled questionnaire about the flow status of preschool teachers to investigate 181 preschool teachers who came from Twelve kindergartens in Wuhan area.The results were as follows: Private preschool teachers flow rate was significantly higher than the public preschool teachers;In all ages,26-30 years old preschool teachers' flow rate was the highest;For preschool teachers,seniority was lower, the higher the rate of flow;The undergraduate of Preschool teachers' flow will was the most strongly;Compared with the title of Preschool Teachers,no titles has a high mobility and tend to flow.
