循证护理在内科住院患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在内科住院患者中的应用效果。方法选择150例内科住院患者随机分为传统护理组和循证护理组,比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁、失眠、并发症发生率。结果循证护理组的焦虑、抑郁、失眠、并发症发生率均低于传统护理组(P<0.05)。结论在内科住院患者中应用循证护理能降低患者常见问题的发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the inpatients in the department of internal medicine. Methods 150 inpatients in the department of internal medicine were randomly divided into the conventional nursing group and the evidence-based nursing group,then the incidence rate of anxiety,depression,insomnia,complications were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of anxiety,depression,insomnia, complications in the evidence-based nursing group were lower than those in the traditional nursing group （P〈0.05. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing applied in the inpatients in the department of internal medicine,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
